My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I'm still trying to figure out what to do with the windows. There are two actually behind the sofa. I ordered damask pleated roman shades from Macy's in a safe color which I'm hoping will look good and not darken the room.

      This is a beautiful and practical update with the tv at eye level and not in competition with the fireplace. It is very well done!

      Love that! My only suggestion would be to maybe switch out the stuff on the shelf above the TV for one bigger thing to fill in the space.
