I'm in the process of buying a condo with a very small master bath. I would like to rip out the 'bathfitters' shower area and tile the whole shower from floor to ceiling, then add a glass door so you can see through to the tile. I'm torn between going with a small mosaic tile or a larger tile with some sort of texture like linen to add interest. Does using a larger tile make the space seem larger? Either way, I'd like to do something different than just the standard subway tile size - add a little "design" to the space instead of going generic.

Would love some advice!
