My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the open floor plan...a separate dining room wouldnt be neccessary with this open plan.

      Benjamin Moore Grant Beige in Kitchen, Tyler Taupe in sitting room.

      Oops sorry - forget the 'Tyler Taupe' (although it could work) - have since confirmed with the interior designers, oharainteriors, who were an incredible help, that the far room is Benjamin Moore HC77 Alexandria Beige. This same colour was used in the Master Bathroom. Either way it's a beautiful and timeless combination of earth tones.
