My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can it be mounted to a mailbox "post".

Rather than making it with a cleat, could you make it without the cleat and have a hole at the top and bottom so it can be mounted to a post with screws and lay flat against the post?
