Couple of Bug IDs if possible.

I've got a couple different things around that I haven't seen before. Not all the pictures are great. Any help is appreciated.

Assuming this is some type of leafminner bee. The thorax is an olive green and abdomen cream and brown segments. It would fly up to the flowers for a minute, then land on a leaf and appear to "sting" it a few times before going back to the flowers.
This guy moved whenever I tried to get close. I'm hoping the shape and white spot which was present on the couple I saw might help with IDing it.
I've seen a few on my watermelon.
Was hard to get the coloring to show but it's underside and thicker part of legs are the same color as the plant.

1 Hard to tell, I would assume it's a type of pollen wasp based on how it's hanging around the plant and how you described its abdomen movement.

2 is a black leafhopper. I've never seen them become real numerous so I assumed they never did much damage. Same with the green ones.

3 is a harlequin bug. They eat certain types of plants and can become quite numerous. If they're a problem in your area you can plant radishes with your other plants and they'll flock to those and likely leave your other plants alone.

4. If this one has a snout that comes out of the front of its face - Heza similis (or Rocconota annulicornis) but mainly known as an Assassin Bug. It's good for your garden, but don't pick them up or mess with them, they have a bite.

No. 1 could bee a Metallic Green Bee - Agapostemon texanus, although they are more of a emerald green than olive. I had a bunch of these buzzing around my Vinca plants earlier this summer.
