My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

rayon/linen fabric for duvet cover. Washable? Practicable?

I am interested in making a duvet cover and some decorative pillows from a Trend fabric that is 50% rayon and 50% linen. How practical would this fabric blend be? it is labeled for use in bedding but I wonder if it can be machine washed at home or not. Here is the link:

BTW the tag for this fabric at Joann's says it is 100% cotton.
