My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Aren't they lovely! They are vintage, old fish floats that I cut the rope off of. I found them at Brimfield Flea Market, but most larger flea markets would have them. You can also look up 'fish floats' on line and find reproductions. Good luck!
