We are remodeling our 1920s american foursquare kitchen. Layout is ~12x15. Ceilings are 9ft. Currently we have a single fixture right in the middle of the room. Looking at recessed and flexible track lighting. Prefer the latter due to simplicity of install. Trying to keep cost down. Trouble is that the current power source is right in middle of room and not sure how flexible track layout might work in our space. Windows in picture are significant but we tend to keep blinds closed due to proximity to neighbor. Any suggestions/tips/comments?
