the one on the right looks slightly different. the one you are holding looks like Day flower, but I cant know for sure without seeing the flower. which looks like a tiny purple orchid. Did you know you could eat Day Flower?

I had been pulling it and that was helping except my neighbor hires his yard cut and he has tons of it and spreading to our yard and a nightmare. I don't think my neighbor has noticed that is grass is almost all now Virginia Buttonweed.

His grass that he started with and has little left is St. Augustine. I know that is what most people grow here in Texas.
