BAHIAGRASS

If you see this growing in your yard, DIG IT OUT (it re-seeds fast). It has roots from hell and once it takes hold in your lawn, you have a mess. Mow one day and the next it looks like this photo. The stalk has Y shaped seeds popping up and to keep your yard looking good has to be mowed at least 3 times a week.

If you hire your lawn mowed you WILL GET THIS. Hired mowers do not clean out any

seeds they get caught up in their mowers and come to your yard and those seeds get planted in your yard when they are mowing. If you look around you will see the Y shaped grass growing all around Texas everywhere, it is taking over.
