Beautiful kitchen! A favourite!

Durning can you tell me if the granite stains, scratches? If it's just crumbs and dust I can live with that. Did you consider soapstone? I'm curious...so hard to figure out.

the counters have not had a major problem with scratching. We did not consider soapstone since we could not get the deep black that this is and the maintenance is higher with soapstone. Glad that you like the kitchen!
