    Thank you for your question. There are 4 knobs in total. Since this is a double shower there are 2 knobs to operate the shower heads and 2 more for the body sprays on both sides. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for visiting my Houzz page.

    You stated that there are 4 knobs in total but there are 9 knobs shown so what are the other one for?

    Thank you for your question. The other 4 knob looking items are the body sprays. They is a reflection on the door that makes it look like there are even more knobs and sprays.
