My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These are Brazilian Cherry (this is a loose term that can cover several types of wood with very similar characteristics). I don't think I've seen Ipe used on an interior, it is generally used outside due to weathering resistance.
