Help??!!! SOMETHING is eating may rose bush away!

I just put 6 of these iceberg climbing rose plants in my back yard near my big oak tree. Today I went out in the garden and there are big chew marks on lots of the leaves.... I can't see any critters nearby. What could have done this? Are there any known pests for these types of rose plants? Please help before whatever it is makes lunch out of my roses :-/
