    The rosette is Sempervivum tectorum and the smaller succulent is Sedum album 'Baby Tears'

    There are two kinds of plants the one that lays low to the ground is called a "chickadee" the other is also a succulent rock plant. Both are. They like earthy Sandy surfaces, lots of sun not too much water and grow best in bark or add a few stones
