I painted my cabinets white and supposedly they did the work well. Unfortunately, they started chipping very soon after we painted them. Could you reface the cabinets? I've been living with chipped paint for years and am finally trying to figure out what cabinets to put in that are very durable, not white, but not too dark...

I am a finisher and cabinets done properly and finished with the correct painting process last for years and years in my experience. Is this a project you would like to tackle on your own or are you interested in hiring a professional? Painting cabinetry makes a huge difference and can absolutely give your space a whole new feel!!!

I would hire someone. If they are going to crack and peel I just can't do it. I'm a perfectionist and it will just eat at me if they don't look perfect.
