Porch venting

How is the porch vented to prevent the boards from warping or buckling in the event of moisture under the house? The foundation plants are blocking the view. :)

    It looks to me that there is plenty of air circulation here. I have lived in the South Carolina Lowcountry for 59 years and I have never seen a porch floor buckle from moisture.
