Every guy needs one of these in the back yard! Especially retired guys like me. This was a 6 month project that finally finished in December. I was the designer, foreman, builder, materials purchaser and hauler, and everything else connected with the project. I hired in the site prep and concrete, shingling, and utilities. It took several weeks to dig up and relocate 3 sprinkler zones plus drain tile for the house's downspouts. The project took longer and cost more than anticipated, typical for 95% of projects people start.

Winter has now come and interior work has slowed. I plan to insulate, wire for light fixtures, install gas heat, and finish walls, ceiling, and floor. My future wood shop will be housed here along with our touring RV, whatever that might be.
