Hello Harku! When you say "sheen" are you referring to typical paint finish standards like matte, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss? If so, the answer is none of these. This custom cabinet maker does a special process in their manufacturing facility after the cabinets are painted, called Catalyzed Conversion Varnish. The finish has a very slight gloss to it, but nowhere near as glossy as a lacquered finish. Their process prevents the color from yellowing, makes it easier to clean and makes it more resistant to scratches and stains.
