so I'm buying a house but all the floors are unleveled how do I go about getting them level myself

Why are the floors not level? Foundation settling, damage to subfloor/support? Different causes will have different solutions.

Yikes to foundation settling. This could be big...or it could be small. The foundation is settling = plenty of expensive work ahead. You might need a professional company to come in and "jack up" the house ($50K to start) and deal with the "settling"...or you might need to deal with some subfloor issues for a while (DIY).

How much of an "issue" are we talking about? A little slope in one room or is the home like a 'fun house' at a carnival? I would assume you CANNOT DIY...until you prove that it is a "small issue" and that it can be DIY.

Do you own a backhoe? Front end loader? Crane? Hydrolic jacks? Know 10 construction experts that have jacked a house before? If this is "big" then you will need all of those to deal with this.
