Anyone have experience w/a Roll Out Kitchen Counter?

I'm planning for a kitchen remodel and would love a roll out counter like the one pictured since it gives me a lower and more comfortable counter height space to work on bc I'm shorter (don't want a custom height for all the counters). However, I want to use a quartz counter top material on it but my cabinet designer is saying that the roll out counter will be too heavy to pull out if I don't use butcher block which I didn't really want to do. And she is also concerned that the caster wheels will scratch the hardwood floors we're having installed (same flooring throughout 1st floor). Has anyone had these issues w/this type of design? Does the pull out counter wiggle at all when you're working on it? Thanks!
