My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

When to pick my Dekopons.

I have only 3 hanging on my potted tree. Taunting my husband. He thinks they should be picked now. I say "NO". They are the color of a lemon; not even orange, yet. They feel very juicy with a gentle squeeze. Also, heard that in Japan they let them sit 30 to 40 days after harvest to let the flavor develope. I can't find any info on harvesting.
