I chose white mist because it's a little more interesting. I feel like I've seen azul crystal everywhere.

Are you replacing the floor? If not, go with the one that has the pinkish tone, it think Azul Crystal.

White mist. It has more movement in the pattern and looks higher end.

While I like both, for your kitchen, based on both cabinet colors & flooring, I would recommend Azul crystal. In my opinion, it wont compete with your floors as much, and it also appears* to have a bit more of the cooler grays found in your cabinets. (* it's too hard to note actual color via picture). My advice would be to compare them to your floor to see which you like.

Neither. They are both too busy. Go with a much more subtle design or, better yet, go with a more sustainable material like quartz or concrete.
