My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    #2 Red Oak, water popped and stained 75% Ebony & 25% medium brown.

    We think so. Reasonably priced, mixed grain red oak is durable and easy to maintain. The secret is to water pop the grain and seal coat it while raised. It givers it that dimensional look.
