Our kitchen is 16 years old and looking at updating:
1. New appliances to match new refrigerator
2. Remove wall paper and new tile back spalsh
3. Replace formica countertops with quartz or granite

Dilemma is what to do with cabinets - to replace entire with all new cabinets or reface. Would like to keep cost of update under 30k for entire project.
