I really like the first one because it feels very clean and sharp which I love in a kitchen. I kind of like the second one because it gives off a log cabin, rustic look to it which I also love. The thing that could be fixed is the stools, they look old and worn out and doesn't fit the theme.

looks really nice! the farmhouse sink doesn't look like it was undermounted. i'm getting a white apron sink and wondered how it should be finished. i like undermount but don't care for the look of the quartz countertop sitting ontop of the edge of this sink....thoughts?

Agree with you regarding the look of the Quartz on top. The top mount sink provides an added feature as opposed to having just all counter top. It also allows ease of removal/replacement if needed and affords some cost savings on the counter (granite/quartz) as the edges in that area do not need to be ground and polished as much.
