Quartzite Ledge stone panels for my outdoor kitchen.

I am considering using Quartzite Ledge stone panels for my outdoor kitchen. Are their any cons to the natural glitter in the rock as far as cleaning or blinding bling factor in the sun?

    Great choice, Quartzite ledgestone panels are perfect for an outdoor kitchen as it is virtually maintenance free. To maintain the appearance of the stone it is recommended to use a hose to get rid of dust buildup, the sparkle is subtle and does not give off reflective shine.     We installed quartzite stone paneling on all vertical surfaces of our outdoor kitchen and almost decided to remove it due to the amount of shimmer the stone has when the sun hits it. We've decided to live with it, but in my opinion, quartzite should not be used outdoors because the stone has way too much glitter in it.
