Need bathroom help!

Design help needed!! We just had the wood look tile floor installed. We also had the shower tile installed (white subway with white, clear glass, frosted glass and shattered glass mosaic accents). I have existing granite counters. Yes, I will be taking down the horrible wall paper. My vanities are seperate (see the doorway) from the shower/toilet area. I have 3 questions. 1) Can I use the same mosaic tile that I used in the shower (see above) around the vanity mirror to tie the two areas together? Is there enough white in the granite? 2) Should I paint the cabinets white? 3) What color do I paint the walls? Thank you soooooo much!!!
