My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These are by Hudson Valley Lighting, style: Logan Sconce, finished in Polished Nickel - 171-PN. They are pretty terrific in that you can adjust the height of the fixture.

      Cabinet hardware if from Restoration Hardware. The pull is the Hanson pull. The knobs are the Lugarno knobs. The faucets for sinks and tub are Rohl.

      Beautiful! Are the fixtures in polished nickel? And by adjustable on the wall sconces, do you mean after they've been installed?

      Yes, the fixtures are polished nickel. If you look at the base of the fixture your can see a small turnkey. That allows the fixture to get a bit taller or shorter.

      Those are framed mirrors. They are framed with the same panel as the cabinet doors to blend. In this house the towers at the sides serve as the medicine cabinets. I have done another similar bathroom where the mirrors do open as medicine cabinets. The only caution is to make the splash high enough to clear the faucet fixtures.
