My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Some interesting bloom progressions...

Took these over two days. The first photo of each was taken yesterday under a cloudy sky. The second was this morning under a nice bright clear sky.

SOUVENIR DE PIERRE GUILLOT - still not quite full-blown. That's the one thing I don't like about this rose... how fast it blows to fully open. Love the color changes tho.
