how much space would i need to use this under a treehouse?

If the height is 24", what is the measurement needed for the chain, and then the measurement needed from the sitting position to the ground? I've never put in a swing before. and I have limited space under the treehouse. Thanks in advance!

    The chain measurement is about 50" and the measurement needed from the bottom of the swing to the ground is around 16". Hope this helps.
