What color is the siding? Is it James HardiePanels with 'tight joints"?

    Thanks for your question. Actually, the exterior of this house is a combination of limestone tile and cement plaster, commonly referred to as stucco. The soffits are western red cedar. Its hard to judge the color from this image since its a sunset shot, but the color is a warm white, not sure exactly the manufacturer's name, but from Expo Stucco in San Diego. Hope that helps.
