These are Annabelle hydrangeas, botanically. Hydrangea arborescens 'Annabelle'. They should bloom for you all summer long, June through September depending on your zone. And you can leave the last round of flowers on the stems as they dry in place very well and can add interest to your garden through winter months.

They need some sun, in the morning preferably. If you are in a cooler zone more sun is ok. For us in zone 5, in northern Illinois with lots of clay in our soil, morning sun works best, with afternoon shade, they can wilt in the heat of the afternoon summer sun. They really put on a spectacular show all summer.
