I would recommend you have a soil boring done to test if the soil has the weight bearing capacity to support the swimming pool. Beyond that the site will need to be dewatered during the construction of the pool during specific phases, shell construction and finishing. Once the pool is filled with water the dewatering can be removed. However, I would recommend that the dead heads be left in for future use should you need to drain the pool and do any work on the interior. I hope this answers your question.
