correct base cabinet dimensions?

I recently posted a question about the dimensions on this vanity but the dimensions sent don't add up to the way this vanity looks. I have a 47.5 inch space that I can fit the base of the vanity so I need to make sure the dimensions sent are correct. Can you please verify what the actual base of this vanity measures out to be? (with trim) thank you!!
