What are the dimensions of this room?

I am trying to figure out an office/craft room and I love this one, just not sure my room is big enough - I have a 12 x 12 room

    This room is 12' x 17', so you have the width to do the left side wall of built-ins and the island, just not the space at the far end for those built-ins. Your room would basically stop where you see the edge of the closet door on the right side wall.

    This island is roughly 3' x 6'.
