My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Counter top fold behind kitchen sink?

Any thoughts on what is better -- a counter top that folds up a few inches behind the kitchen sink or a counter top that doesn't. Here is one that does:

    I think the look is cleaner when there is no fold. It also looks more modern.
