I don't know why I did not think of this. I dried carrots,asparagus,kale and spinach. I can, of course, identify the carrots and asparagus but the kale and spinach? Forget it. Why did I not think of identifying this some way?. Any miracle way you accomplish this or were you just born with some special way of doing this? Thanks Barb
