Don't discount the idea of repainting the room some version of white to provide a backdrop for your unique furnishings. The gold on the walls IMO is kind of oppressive and clashes with the covering on your sofa.

The oversized mirror might be happier in a different location. No to the cow hide for this room. Zebra is enough, though you could place another on the floor or a deep shag rug.

With everything being oversized, I think you could consider a larger chandelier that wouldn't hang down further, but maybe just wider. You have a unique vision and should find something more unique than those metal wall pieces for your back wall.

Beautiful couch! Does it need the extra zebra pillow and the two square leather ones? It feels like they're cluttering things up and making it hard to see the detail on the couch.

those pillows came with the couch, but can definitely play around with pillows- couch is very deep-
