I just redid my kids' bathroom. Now I have a wood vanity with an off white top, the walls are cream, thre is a steel light fixture over the vanity. The bathroom is small. The toilet is next to the shower. Before the redo, there was a big mirror over the vanity. My question is: (I know this is hard without pictures): should I put a mirror over the vanity again (about 28 inches wide) and a medicine cabinet over the toilet (as before) or does it make more sense to put a big medicine cabinet over the vanity? Any thoughts on wood vs. metal and glass medicine cabinets? I can post some pictures if necessary.
