I'd like to see a deeper, richer color that can stand up to the depth of your house color. Both BM Pomegranate and Raspberry Truffle might be worth looking at.

I looked up complimentary colors for your paint and the following was provided. I could see the soft yellow, which feels like a historic color and by painting the surround Cloud White, it will make the door more prominent and welcoming.

I would paint the door a rich red. Beautiful house!

I like Katinpardise and Belle Chaise's suggestions. A rich red would give the house a great pop of color!

Maureen was your color design based on charcoal slate? I see Charlotte slate in there but I wasn't sure if it was a complimentary color or if it was the basis of the complimentary colors. Thank you. Susan

When I Googled "complimentary colors to Charcoal Slate", that was included. If you do the same, you'll see a ton of photos, but the photos are all mixed up and they get off topic..this is what may have happend. Either way, I think a creamy yellow would be so pretty, but whatever color you go with, your home will still be very nice.
