My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen lighting

Been in lighting industry for 20+ years and never seen a lighting system like this. Would you mind sharing information on the manufacturer? Obviously a custom installation, but is this a completely original design, or is this a semi-custom line. Really fantastic!

    A custom designed light by SchappacherWhite for this specific installation. Not sure it could work in other situations, but could be adapted.

    We have a vaulted ceiling with a large beam running down the middle. We need a ceiling fan in the room as well as lighting that won't create a "strobe light" effect. This looked like it might fit the bill. Where would I start looking for someone to help? Some kind of fabricator? I'm in Placerville, CA (between Sacramento and S. Lake Tahoe)
