My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your questions. The counter top is granite and is called super white granite. We chose this because it looks like carrara marble, but is not as porous and requires less maintenance.

    The floor is hardwood and is made by Hallmark Floors and is part of their Alta Vista Hardwood Collection. I chose the Historic French Oak. This line of flooring is stained with oil so you can purchase additional oil to match wherever you purchase the flooring. Here is a link to their website:
