A full frontal photo would be most helpful here. It's hard to make recommendations from this limited view, especially on a house that seems to be a mishmash of styles. Contemporary lines with Tudor detailing is just odd, so I think we need to see the entire front to ensure that our recommendations don't throw the whole thing out of balance.

l would also consider replacing the front door with something less contemporary find something at a salvage yard if possible(take a carpenter with you to make sure it is a good door.
As for the bead board you could
a. fill the recessed lines and add some brown trim boards to match the rest of the house.
b. yes you can have it stuccoed but hire a professional for that
c. just add the trim boards and hopefully draw attention away from the wall with a really cool door and light.

That's a good reminder for doing a mock up of paint colors before actually going for it. I thought about painting the beadboard brown and then painting the door a fun colour. I think that is the most economical choice.

Id love to get a new door that is unique! But I don't think the price would be in our range to redo the whole door. That's a good idea to kind of trick the eye by adding the brown trim boards.

Any ideas how much it would cost to stucco that small area?

I would paint the door frame brown fill and paint the bead board the same color as the stucco remove the mail box and run that trim line next to it to the door frame. I would suggest a wood mail box on a post the metal ones look so cheap. replace the light with an old cast iron one or a bronze patina. replace the door get something with arched glass window and paint it dark burgundy. I would also suggest a small awning above the door again go wood if you can with wood shingles.

I see your vision, bliss tile! I was thinking a Forrest green for the door, but burgundy is nice too. Thanks for the input and I will keep you updated, although it'll be awhile as we don't get possession for a few months! Lol!
