My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your email. The following information was provided by the home builder, Hatcliff Construction; the trim on the house is Dover White by Sherwin
    Williams. The James Hardie siding is Monterey Taupe. The rock is a natural
    stone - Tennessee Ashlar Gray. The porch ceiling is painted Sherwin Williams
    Rain Wash.
