My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I apologize but I don't honestly know. Our clients purchase their own light fixtures and deliver them to the site for our electricians to install. We do not have any specifications on them.

    The Interior Designer on this project is willing to share the details of the fixtures, etc.

    You can get them in many places, Bellacor, Lighting Universe, Amazon, etc.! They are from Troy Lighting the Bradford Collection.
