My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bring electricity to a kitchen island

We are in the process of purchasing a house and would like some ideas for bringing electricity to a kitchen island. The floors are stained concrete, so it looks like we will need to come in from the ceiling. Your suggestions will be appreciated.

    Since it's a national code requirement, and has been for a long time, let the sellers figure it out.
