Bathroom remodel

Would like to redo this bathroom to be consistent with a traditional home but with some nice modern touches. Ideally want to keep the cabinets (don't like maple but they are in great condition, so if there's a way to sand and paint or reface...in cost effective manner) and update the countertops, shower, and floor. Want to hear ideas! Thx!

PRO10 years agoYou can definitely paint the cabinets to a different shade of woody brown or a greige (greyish beige). In case you are looking for something a little more unique, try introducing a glass or marble mosaic backsplash or mirror border into the space. - 10 years agoYeah ,little details like the faucet handle in the accent tile willie nilly will drive you crazy .if you redo the tile think out the placement of faucets and handles so that they are not in the accent tile or placed symmetrical
