My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Lillypon, the floors are white Oak hardwood floors with a natural, light finish.

    Is that a whitewash finish? We use Rubio Monocoat for a similar look. It looks like their Cotton White finish.

    Hi, it's actually a 'natural' (uncoloured) finished, applied after sanding the wood.

    @oak if you water pop it the rmc natural will give the same appearance as cotton white or 5% white or any of those colors. Looks nice
