Yellowing leaves on zucchini

There seems to be some pathology pestering my garden but I don't know whether I need to rip everything out or if it can be treated. The leaves on my zucchini were previously fine, but now they are yellowing and even presenting with yellow mottling on new growth. And fruit set seems to be slow or totally unsuccessful. Can anyone help identify this? Is it a mosaic virus? Nitrogen deficiency? Over or under watering? The second photo shows a similar problem on my beans. I also pulled out some cucumbers recently that began setting fruit with large lumps, which seemed like a mosaic virus issue.
